Assortment (sorting by order) is performed after total picking by item or SKU. The PTI system is an assortment system that uses highly visible LED lights and audio guidance to instantly and clearly navigate the input opening, achieving highly productive sorting by order with reduced errors.

Large, easy-to-read LED displays are installed at the front of the flow rack and at the picking point. This is a picking system in which work instructions are given by lighting up the display. Pickers can proceed with their work by simply following the light guidance to pick out and place the products, realizing speedy, error-free picking. It is widely used at co-op delivery set centers.
