Ingredients are managed by barcode. Zero inventory, non-stop logistics.
Prepared food factory
overview
Aiming to achieve zero inventory of ingredients used in prepared dishes, we have introduced a material handling system consisting of an automated warehouse and conveyors. Barcodes are attached to the trays that hold the ingredients, and all transport within the warehouse from the automated warehouse to the sorting area is managed by barcodes. We have achieved a strict first-in, first-out policy and zero inventory.

Customer testimonials
Because these are short-lived products, mistakes in picking and delivery are unacceptable. We created a system with the goal of getting as close to zero mistakes as possible. So far, we have seen satisfactory results in both the information system and the material handling system.
