Four robot palletizers were introduced to stack polished rice on pallets, and an automated pallet warehouse was introduced for the shipping process. This enabled automation from polishing to shipping, significantly shortening the lead time. In addition, ID labels were attached to shipping pallets, and traceability was also systemized.
