Equipment Features
Depalletizing brown rice bags using the latest vision technology
For case picking, eight "AI case picking robots" equipped with vision sensors and AI pick the required number of items from the automated pallet warehouse. Masterless design eliminates measurement and registration work, while automatic measurement of dimensions and weight eliminates human error. Even multi-item cases can be recognized with an accuracy of over 99.9%. When a new item is added, the robot automatically recognizes the case dimensions and placement on the pallet, automatically calculating and executing the optimal transport route and speed. Furthermore, a new type of robotic hand was developed after thorough research into the shape of the case tops, enabling it to handle multi-item cases.
