All domestic factories, branches, and sales offices, as well as Okura Service Co., Ltd., Okura Kogyo Co., Ltd., and J-TOP Machinery Co., Ltd., have obtained ISO 9001 certification, and the Kakogawa East Factory has obtained ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certifications.

In April 1999, we obtained ISO 9001 certification, an international standard for quality assurance.

The scope of the certification covers the development, design, manufacturing, sales and related services of all our products, and includes all company divisions from sales to factories and construction, as well as our affiliated companies Okura Service Co., Ltd., Okura Kogyo Co., Ltd. and J-TOP Machinery Co., Ltd., to which we outsource manufacturing. This is the first time in Japan's material handling equipment industry that a company has received certification that includes affiliated companies.

Our company has been promoting quality control activities across the entire group for some time, and has been building a quality assurance system while improving quality control activities, not only for specific products and factories but also for affiliated companies. This system has recently been certified by DNV and registered with RvA.

By obtaining this certification for the entire Okura Group, we will strive to further promote total quality control activities across manufacturing, sales, and services, provide high-quality logistics equipment and systems, and aim to further improve customer trust and satisfaction.
